Function Description

The main task of a sales partner is to develop, establish and maintain professional business relationships with asset managers, family offices and other custodians of high net worth individuals:

  • Identify and develop new investors and market opportunities
  • Analyze and manage client's needs to ensure that life insurance products / solutions can be appropriately tailored to their financial needs.
  • Maintain close and collaborative relationship with the existing sales team and other important stakeholders of the market
  • Work directly with the CEO to develop a successful sales strategy and related projects and business opportunities all around the world
  • Represent the company and organize networking events in the business area of PPLI

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior sales manager in the finance or insurance industry
  • You maintain an existing network with institutional clients (Asset Managers, Family Offices Insurance Investors, custodians in Switzerland, Europe and Over seas etc.)
  • You have knowledge and understanding of Life Insurance products as investment tools and wealth structuring products.
  • You can present a proven track record in acquiring new institutional clients/net new money/policies
  • You have a highly developed client and service orientation, and you are able to interact with and create solutions for highly sophisticated investors
  • You are an effective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong self-motivation
  • It goes without saying, that you have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and -cultural skills
  • You are fluent in German and English; any other languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.

In a starting period, the candidate will benefit of a fixed remuneration, that will be compensated by long term commission payments over the years. Yearly fixed travel and entertainment expenses are part of the remuneration.
Strong support from experienced sales and back office team.
Strongly depending on the success rate of the candidate, the long term remuneration can be far over average.
